How It Works

Step 1: Pick a Product

When picking a product, it is important to consider the occasion or event to which you will be bringing the product. For example, if you are looking for a neat gift to bring your family members at a family reunion, you might consider t-shirts with your family name embroidered on them, whereas if you are wanting to give a gift to your employees, a backpack with your company logo embroidered on it would be a great fit. Step 2: Decide on a Design

Deciding on a design is perhaps the most important step, because the design is what will make your product stand out. Established company logos are very popular, but that is not the scope of what our staff can embroider — we can embroider almost any design in a variety of sizes, including:

Step 3: We Embroider It

We do all of our embroidery on site at our Utah embroidery shop and corporate offices in Murray, Utah. Because we do all the work in-house, we have more control over both the quality of our products and the rate at which we can make them. When you order a custom embroidery product from us, you can rest easy, knowing your product is in good hands, and that the embroidery will last longer than the item on which it is sewn.

Step 4: Quality Assurance

Our experienced staff examines each and every product as soon as it comes off the machines. They check it for quality, trimming any loose threads and correcting any mistakes. Customers are always welcome to come into the store to see a proof for themselves, and we are happy to send them a sewn proof for approval as well.

Step 5: Product Delivery

Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 days, but we are always willing to work with clients who need their products sooner. We are always willing to accommodate orders and their respective time frames. If ever there is an instance where our production team would not be able to meet a deadline for an order, we will communicate that early on.
